• Payment status (whether an order was paid via Cash on Delivery, UPI, or card). Online payments are processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway. Leyaana does not receive or store your raw card or UPI details — these are handled and stored by Razorpay directly.

• Messages you send us via WhatsApp or our contact form

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Process and deliver your order
• Contact you about your order status, or to resolve an issue with it
• Improve our menu, delivery coverage, and website
