All orders are subject to availability. If an item you’ve ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
Order acceptance happens when we confirm your order by WhatsApp message, phone call, or email, not simply when the order is placed on the website.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example, if we’re unable to deliver to your address, or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any payment already made for that order will be refunded in full.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges apply to all orders, regardless of order value.
While we make every effort to keep pricing accurate, if a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order to confirm the correct price.

3. Delivery

We deliver to the areas listed on our website and Contact page, using our in-house delivery riders. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to weather, traffic, or order volume.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate we are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

4. Food Safety & Allergens

Leyaana operates under FSSAI license number 21426170002157. Our kitchen handles Milk & Dairy, Wheat (Gluten), Peanuts, Tree Nuts (Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios), Soy, Sesame (Til), and Mustard (Sarson). Please contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy or intolerance.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or place fraudulent orders.

All content on leyaana.com, including text, logos, and photography, is owned by Leyaana Foods and may not be copied or reused without permission.
